Events
  • Event registrations are non-refundable
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant
Consulting Services
  • Payments for consulting services are non-refundable once services have begun
  • Any rescheduling must be agreed upon in advance
Products
  • Damaged items may be replaced if reported within [7] days of delivery
  • No refunds on digital products
