Through real conversations, guided reflection, and meaningful connection, they develop the mindset and skills needed to show up with confidence at school, at home, and in their communities, while fathers and male caregivers are supported in staying present, engaged, and connected along the journey.

8–12 weeks mentoring experience designed to build consistency and trust over time
